Some allergists believe that eating (or drinking) small amounts of local honey provides a low dose of pollen that was gathered by the bees. This can reduce symptoms of hayfever and allergies during seasons of high pollen counts.
That sounds like a wonderful reason to try Peanut Butter & Honey sandwich!
INGREDIENTS: |

2 slices of whole wheat or 7-grain bread |
|
|
2 tablespoons of peanut butter |
|
|
1 tablespoon honey |
DIRECTIONS: |
|
|
|
Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on 1 piece of bread. |
|
|
Spread 1 tablespoon honey on other slice of bread. Put slices together. |
