Some allergists believe that eating (or drinking) small amounts of local honey provides a low dose of pollen that was gathered by the bees. This can reduce symptoms of hayfever and allergies during seasons of high pollen counts.

That sounds like a wonderful reason to try Peanut Butter & Honey sandwich!

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of whole wheat or 7-grain bread

peanut icon

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

peanut icon

1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS:

Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on 1 piece of bread.

Spread 1 tablespoon honey on other slice of bread. Put slices together.

Note:

Try adding banana slices to sandwich. Tastes great!
